Your opportunity
As an Application Support Specialist, you will provide specialist support for Hearing Australia’s clinical and business applications, ensuring systems remain stable, available and fit for purpose in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 application support across Hearing Australia’s application portfolio, including Dynamics and integrated clinical systems.
- Investigate, troubleshoot and resolve incidents, service requests and application issues within agreed service levels.
- Monitor application performance and proactively identify opportunities to improve reliability, usability and efficiency.
- Support software releases, upgrades and configuration changes, including testing, deployment validation and post-implementation activities.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions align with operational needs.
- Assist with User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect triage and production validation activities.
- Develop and maintain application support documentation, knowledge articles and operational procedures.
- Work with vendors and internal technology teams to manage escalations and coordinate issue resolution.
- Support business continuity, risk management and compliance requirements relating to application services.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and the ongoing evolution of Hearing Australia’s application landscape.
What you'll bring

You'll bring:
- Experience supporting business-critical applications in a complex operational environment.
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve application issues.
- Experience working with Microsoft Dynamics or similar enterprise applications.
- Understanding of incident, problem and change management practices.
- Experience supporting software testing and release activities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Ability to balance multiple priorities and work effectively in a dynamic environment.
- A proactive, solution-focused approach with strong attention to detail.
- Experience within healthcare, government or highly regulated environments will be highly regarded.
